Meet Kamau Kenyatta

Hello, I’m Kamau Kenyatta. Before deciding to become a professional web designer, I taught college in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Currently, I’m teaching a few courses at a nearby university and community college. I’m also a published author.

I have always been passionate about music and currently play drums in the best 10-piece party band, Flirtin With The Mob. We play mostly in the Lehigh Vally and Poconos areas of PA.

My approach is to understand your business. From that base, we can decide on the best way to communicate with your target audience. As a result, your website takes into consideration not only what you sell but to whom you are selling.

Done Deal Web Design actually began as a hobby. It was a way to answer the call of my “inner geek,” where I built websites for myself and others.  After my wife suggested I develop it as a second career, I took the suggestion and haven’t looked back.  My mission is to turn the web into a place where you can easily find what you are looking for. I do this by helping businesses build sites that look good and function properly.

I consider myself a minimalist web designer. However, it doesn’t always work out that way because I do like a few bells and whistles (tastefully done, of course). I work out of my home office in Easton, PA. From here, I’ve teamed up with the resources of WordPress and Elegant themes which allows me an unlimited resource team.

I’m also a proud father and grandfather.

Bottomline: I build websites for small businesses to help them reach their online goals. It integrates both my left brain’s need to focus on details and my right brain yearning to express my creativity. For me, it’s the best of both worlds!
